These are Made to Order handmade items from the fabric, size and options selected. The fabric cutting process takes place immediately upon ordering and will be sewn in the order received taking approximately 3-7 business days to ship. Please read the ad description, size guide thoroughly prior to ordering. We are not responsible for orders of wrong color/size/options or wrong mailing address provided. No Cancellations, Exchanges or Returns. By placing an order means you agree and understand store policies.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery date so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at ddsewhappyscrubs@gmail.com. After 3 days we are no longer responsible for a return/exchange. Sorry No Exceptions. Upon authorization to return/exchange item, buyer has 3 days to place item in mail with tracking/shipping scan. Return/Exchange authorization will expire after 3 days if it does not have a tracking/shipping scan. Sorry No Exceptions.
