Do you offer promotions/sales?
Yes! I will have a “Christmas in July Sale” on all Scrub Tops in Christmas Fabrics and random surprise sales during the year. You will receive this information ONLY if you are signed up for my newsletter.

Do you sell your fabric?
Sometimes. Email me at ddsewhappyscrubs@gmail.com and attach a picture of the fabric and how much you want. I will respond with details if it is available and how to order as a Custom Order. 

I see a scrub top fabric I like and want it in another item, how do I do that?
Most scrub top fabrics I can make into hats, solid scrub top with character/team pocket/collar fabric, stethoscope covers and face masks. Email me at ddsewhappyscrubs@gmail.com a picture of the fabric and item and will add item online if fabric is available.

Do you accept fabric?
Yes. I accept 100% cotton fabric only. Email me at ddsewhappyscrubs@gmail.com with a link/picture of the fabric, item you want made. If you want a top include size and pocket option. I will reply back with price to make and custom order invoice with mailing address to ship fabric. I recommend if you are ordering fabric online, to have the fabric shipped directly to me to save on shipping costs. 
 
Is this the only scrub top style you offer?
Yes. The relax fit generic style is usually the most familiar and popular with Men and Women.
 
Can you alter the scrub top?
The only alteration I can do is for added length for an additional charge as a Custom Order by emailing me first prior to ordering. I make the style as described with no other changes.
 
How do I select my size because I am unsure of my size with handmade items?
Each top ad has a size guide. I have been told they run true to size. However, since everyone likes to wear them differently I suggest measuring a similar relaxed (not fitted) scrub top you currently wear and measure the Width and follow that number appears on the size chart.
Example:  If your top width measures 22” that would be a Medium. If your measurement is an odd number, I suggest going up in size since they does not stretch.

 
 

Do you make pants and jackets?
Sorry, No I do not make pants or jackets.

Do you sell outside of the United States? I have before as a Custom Order. Please email me shipping address, items you would like to purchase including top size. I will only ship priority flat rate so depending on the top size you can order multiple items for the same shipping cost as one item. We can discuss that in detail via email at ddsewhappyscrubs@gmail.com 

How long does it take to ship out orders?
Scrub tops take approximately 5-10 business days depending on workload. All other items take approximately 5-7 business days. My goal is to sew and ship ahead of schedule whenever possible.
 
Do you offer Rush Orders?
A Rush order is to sew and ship an item ahead of 5-10 business days for an additional charge for each item. Email me prior to ordering for a Custom Rush Order invoice with order details. Depending on workload will determine rush order option at the time. Typically during the holidays is harder to offer Rush Order options.

Is there a contact phone number I can call?
I am a 1 woman business and prefer to have conversations via email only ddsewhappyscrubs@gmail.com.  I will respond with 24 hours during regular business M-F 8am-6pm Pacific Time. Thank you for understanding.

Can I cancel my order or return/exchange an item? 
All items are described in each ad, made to order that are handmade specifically to the options ordered so I’m sorry no refunds/cancellations or returns are accepted. Thank you for understanding.
